Indiana Governor Mike Pence has decided to dig in his heels rather than bow to pressure that his state has passed a discriminatory law. Watch as he weasels & dodges direct questions about whether the RFRA is discriminatory toward gays and lesbians.

It’s important to remember Pence isn’t the first person to try to reframe his discrimination as not about discrimination at all, nor will he be the last. Remember how the civil war was really just about “State’s rights”? Or how states are now trying to combat “voter fraud”?
