I’m inclined to agree with FastCompany on this one.  There are so many better tools for the work we’re trying to do.

  • Documents: Google Docs or Dropbox.
  • Setting up meeting times: http://whenisgood.net/ (Awesome little app!)
  • Conversations: Skype, Firecamp, or any of the other great chat services.
  • Organization: Trello - my favorite!
